Cookies are small files in your browser. JOXU uses functional cookies and storage to run the website and your account. Updated 18 October 2026.
Language
joxu_locale remembers Dutch or English for up to one year. Change the language in the footer or delete the cookie in your browser.
Sign-in
The JOXU portal uses joxu_session to keep you signed in and joxu_csrf to protect forms. They expire within the configured sign-in period or are removed at logout. If you choose to remember a trusted browser, an extra cookie may last up to 30 days.
Cloudflare protection
Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies such as cf_clearance during a security check. Their duration depends on that check. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated abuse.
Preferences
The signed-in portal may store screen layouts and device filters locally until you change them or clear browser storage.
No advertising cookies
We currently use no advertising cookies or external visitor tracking. Functional storage does not need a consent banner. If we introduce storage that requires consent, we will ask before using it. Blocking cookies can prevent sign-in and preferences from working.
